Being safe on a road trip would make your trip more fun and adventurous. One of the unspoken rules of the art of travelling is to be spontaneous with road trips and taking care of some little things on the Indian highways.   • Suitable car:

Change your tyres if they are getting sloppy and get their pressures checked beforehand. Keep all the car related documents like license, pollution certificate, and vehicle tools.
  • Know your way: 
Keep a traditional paper map too. Sometimes you wander where the WiFi is weak and those GPS might not do the job. If it’s a planned road trip carefully study about the way. Highways in the north can be quite daunting to drive on. They seem quite fascinating to drive fast on but always ensure you aren’t going too fast. Most accidents are caused due to negligence about little things and unsuitable car and tyres.
  • Choose the season carefully:
Driving during monsoon in northern region can be quite gruesome and risky. Many roads in the mountain region in India are not built properly and are narrow. Landslides are common during rain. Although monsoon has its own charms so if you choose to travel during monsoons take proper precautions and definitely don’t speed. It seems thrilling but will eventually lead you onto the path of destruction.

Maruti Suzuki: Discontinuing Diesel Cars from 2020

After the Indian government decided to implement the BS-VI norms for pollution control skipping the stage 5 norms, Maruti Suzuki decided to discontinue sale of diesel cars although one of its latest car models Vitara Brezza is only available in diesel, even the sedan ciaz is available in diesel variants only.
